The Beer Facts: North American Wheat Ale or Lager

This beer can be made using either an ale or lager yeast and is brewed with 30% to 70% malted wheat. The hop aromatics are usually higher, as compared to German wheat beers. Like the German wheat beers, a fruity aroma and flavor is typical, but the clove characteristics are not present.
