All About Lager
North American Lager: North American Lagers tend to be very clean and crisp and are carbonated slightly higher than their European counterparts. Adjuncts such as corn or rice are often used, and the hop bitter taste is usually low.
North American Light Lager: These light beers are extremely pale, low in body, and high in carbonation. Their flavor is mild, and the bitter taste is usually very low.
